Awful service, never been more dissatisfied in my life!!!! Was told I could get in my unit at anytime wrong!! Made 3 trips in one day to a locked gate that they have the key to!! Every time I called they said it's unlocked for u!! Nope!!! And if you are 4 days past due date your unit is locked up!! Was told after 7 to 10 it would be locked!! We live payday to payday as do most. So we pay when we get paid. So it was on the 4 day witch was pay day i ran by my unit, well big red lock on it.. had to pay extra to get it off. Bad bad
